I know tonight is a total lunar eclipse but I don't know I can see a total lunar eclipse in Seattle,WA.

Answer by BrantFor Pacific time zone, the earth's umbral shadow will start crossing the lunar surface at 5:43 pm. You will see the dark shadow completely covering the moon around 7:00. Totality will last for about an hour. Note: during totality, the moon should not get completely dark. It should look ruddy.

I just found out that I was born on solar eclipse day actually time was 12:00 pm.

Answer by ?This means that your Sun and Moon are conjunct each other (within 8 degrees of each other).
Sun conjunct Moon means that the person's conscious and unconscious operate in the same way. Unless there are some heavy square and opposition aspects from other planets, this person tends to be rather at peace with themselves (lacking that conscious/unconscious battle that many people go through).
However, because they are so well-contained, they tend to not question as much (that also depends on the sign this conjunction is in, what aspects are made to this conjunction, and how Mercury is in their chart). In other words, they don't tend to "think outside the box" as much.
Unfortunately, you really can't such much at all without seeing the entire chart.
BTW ... it is MOST unlikely that you were born at EXACTLY 12:00 pm (noon). More likely 11:59 or 11:52 or 12:02 or something like that. Being off by 15 minutes can make quite a difference in what your chart is like, and even 4 minutes can sometimes change a chart quite a bit.
