Answer by Joey LuskThe warning sign was flashing by
I should of took the time to read
but I was dumb and so in love
so then you went and blinded me
hit me where it hurts
tell me it cant work
then you walk away with no sympathy
knock my fences down?
kick me to the ground
now you left my heart without any beat

we're falling down we're falling down we're falling down
gravity took control
the sun is gone the sun is gone the sun is gone
and now its getting way too cold
oh feels like we're in a solar eclipse a solar eclipse
the sun dissipated and that was it
and that was it

the sound of love i used to sing
has broken down and faded out
i used to fly but now i dont
cause now you got me falling down
erase me out your life
as if we had no fate
then u let me go so easily
how could i not know
the sun would never lie
you okay with it but it's hurting me

we're falling down we're falling down we're falling down

Real Growth Drives These Shares Higher than the Dow RallyThe most impressive solar eclipse in China last week wasn't the one Beijing residents waited so long to see...It was the solar stock market rally, where Chinese shares tripled the Dow's record pace.Capital city dwellers came out to behold the longest total solar eclipse the Middle Kingdom had seen since 1814. Alas, the sky was too cloudy. As I and anyone else who's visited Beijing during this time of year can tell you, you don't get a lot of blue-sky days. But even though the eye could only strain so much through the haze to see the once-in-a-lifetime celestial wonder, a slew of Chinese and international investors got the treat they wanted from the Chinese sun.And interestingly enough, skywatchers in Shanghai - home of the country's main stock exchange - had a clear view of the natural solar phenomenon.Chinese Solar Stocks Shine BrighterAfter lagging behind the industrial benchmark for months, STP has absolutely crushed the blue chip index recently. To find out why, let's start with the bigger market picture. The Dow is above 9000 for the first time since January. That's great for bulls, but it doesn't make a lot of sense.A positive earnings surprise in the midst of a major economic lull is something like the day the school bully stays home sick. It's a nice break from the normal shakedowns, and your step may lighten, but you know in the back of your mind that you'll have to cough up more lunch money as soon as the bully returns to the playground.Wall Street estimates have been scraping bottom on firms from the most speculative over-the-counter shares, all the way up to blue chips. So, "better than horrible" earnings were all the market needed to get a rise out of buyers.Look at the gap up in STP shares on Tuesday! Some other force must have been at work...And indeed it was: The Chinese government announced a plan to chase the darkness away. The Golden Sun ProjectChina unveiled a multi-ministry solar subsidy package on Tuesday, July 21, that will inject billions into China's solar power industry while pushing towards new national renewable energy targets. With a three-pronged approach, China's central government will spur the creation of up to 2.6 gigawatts of new solar power capacity through 2011. By that time...* The Golden Sun solar subsidy, from the ministries of Finance and Science & Technology, will subsidize 640 MW of solar photovoltaic (PV) installations across the country...* The Ministry of Housing and Urban/Rural Construction will administer a 500 MW-subsidy package for BIPV (building-integrated PV)...* And the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) will manage a feed-in tariff to support up to 1.5 GW in new PV installations that will sell energy back to grid utilities.Local market observers are also expecting a new renewable generation target

What is the difference between total and annular solar eclipse?

Question by : What is the difference between total and annular solar eclipse?
I need to know to difference between a total solar eclipse, annular solar eclipse and partial solar eclipse and a lunar eclipse. Thanks :D

Best answer:
Answer by Delta VTOTAL ECLIPSE -- When the Moon is near perigee (closest to Earth), observers along the path of the Moon’s dark inner shadow see a total eclipse.

ANNULAR ECLIPSE -- If the Moon is near apogee, it does not quite cover the Sun; the resulting eclipse is annular, and observers can see a thin ring of the solar disk around the Moon’s silhouette.

Two Eclipses Nested in a Mercury Retrograde - Fall 2011

by quapan
Two Eclipses Nested in a Mercury Retrograde - Fall 2011

Wow! Mercury's retrograde will begin on Thanksgiving Day (USA), November 24th, and the next day, November 25th, we will experience a New Moon solar eclipse. A second eclipse, Full Moon lunar eclipse, will occur again on December 10th, and Mercury will turn direct on December 13th. This will not be a typical Mercury retrograde, for sure! When a planet is in retrograde, it appears to be moving backward against the background of the universe. Planets do not actually reverse directions, they just appear that way, because we are not at the center of the solar system. Mercury will be passing us on our solar racetrack, so his gravitational pull and his influence will be much more prominent in our lives.Eclipses bring changes, good and bad. Most people are resistant to change, and that's why they have such a negative reputation. An eclipse is considered to be 10 times more powerful than a typical full or new moon. Also, eclipses usually come in pairs, one on the New Moon and one on the Full Moon. Occasionally we will get 3 in a row, and they usually occur twice a year.Mercury will be doing his retrograde in the sign of Sagittarius this time, and the eclipses will be bouncing between Sagittarius and Gemini. Sagittarius, I do no envy you! There could be big changes coming for Sagittarius and Gemini in November and December, and Sag, you may find things from your past coming back up to be dealt with.Sagittarius is the wanderer, the optimist, and the ruler of higher education. Mercury's retrograde in Sagittarius may stimulate us to visit places from our past, or we may receive some special visitors that we haven't seen in a very long time. This Mercury retrograde will also be an excellent time to go back and brush up on something we learned in the past, or even make the decision to go back to school and expand the education we already have.Mercury's retrograde often brings up the past, and Mercury's retrograde will be affecting all of us in some way. The houses in our natal charts that Mercury will be crossing will determine what areas of our lives Mercury will affect. An example would be, Mercury's retrograde traveling through your 8th house could bring money from past (and possibly forgotten) loans. Or, Mercury's retrograde in your 5th house of romance could bring a past lover back into your life. Mercury's retrograde with travel from 20 degrees 7 minutes through 3 degrees 51 minutes, Sagittarius. We often begin to notice eclipse energy up to a couple of weeks before, and even a week after, the actual event. With the Gemini and Sagittarius influence, the eclipses could affect our relationships. These two signs are dynamic, and they will not waste time and energy on a relationship that is not good for them. Geminis and Sagittarians are also known to tease or become rather loud, so there is also a

Q&A: Will the next Solar Eclipse on May 20, 2012 be visible from California's bay area?

by NASA Goddard Photo and Video
Question by Howie N.: Will the next Solar Eclipse on May 20, 2012 be visible from California's bay area?
sorry the space did not allow my full question: Will the next Solar Eclipse on May 20, 2012 be visible from California's bay area (Hayward, Union City, Oakland. you know this area)? If it does then what time?

Best answer:
Answer by birchardvilleobservatoryYes. Bay Areans (?) will be able to see the eclipse at about 80 to 90 percent. Head north a couple hundred miles (Eureka?) and it will be more covered (if not by the Moon, then by the fog!)

The Four Eclipses of 2012

by Stephen Dyrgas
The Four Eclipses of 2012

Wikipedia defines an eclipse as "an astronomical event that occurs when an astronomical object (such as the sun or moon) is temporarily obscured, either by passing into the shadow of another body or by having another body pass between it and the viewer." This year, 2012, we are lucky to have four distinct types of eclipses happening all of which will happen over populated areas of the world and can be viewed depending on where you live. Below we'll discuss the four eclipses, the time and dates that they'll be happening, and how to view them if you are fortunate enough to live in a area when they can be seen.May 20- Annular SolarAn annular solar eclipse is an eclipse in which the moon and the sun perfectly align but because the moon appears smaller in the sky a bright ring forms around its silhouette. On May 20, 2012 an annular solar eclipse will be visible over the northern Pacific ocean and western United States. At the same time a partial eclipse will be viewable over much of Asia and North America. The safest and recommended way to view a solar eclipse of any kind is with certified solar filters like eclipse viewing glasses and smoked glass. Looking at the sun for any amount of time with your bare eyes or even through sun glasses can permanently damage your vision! The safest way to view an eclipse is through indirect projection. This can be achieved by projecting an image of the sun onto a white piece of paper using binoculars, a pinhole camera or binoculars with one eyepiece covered. Check out your local library, science shop, or online for instructions and ideas on making your own projector.June 4- Partial LunarA lunar eclipse is when the earth lines up perfectly, on the night of a full moon, to block the sun from the moon. This results in a periodic, noticeable darkening of the moon. On June 4th, over parts of Europe, East Asia, and Africa the moon will be at a partial eclipse. No special glasses or viewing equipment is necessary for viewing a lunar eclipse as the hazard is no more or less than simply looking at the moon.November 13- Total SolarOn November 13th starting on just about the most northern tip of Australia there will be a total solar eclipse. During a total solar eclipse the moon completely covers the intensely bright sun creating a beautiful halo of light known as a corona. Although only those in the northern-most tip of Australia will see the total eclipse, the entirety of Australia and New Zealand will be treated to a partial solar eclipse.Safely viewing a total solar eclipse and the partial eclipse of the surrounding areas requires you take the same precautions previously mentioned about the annular eclipse.November 28- Penumbral LunarA penumbral eclipse occurs when the earth, moon, and sun line up just right that the moon does not lie in the direct shadow of

What is the best Solar powered GPS that has google maps or solar powered watch with a compass?

Question by : What is the best Solar powered GPS that has google maps or solar powered watch with a compass?
I looked up several G-shock watches but decided that i could also enjoy having a solar powered GPS if there is one. Also, can you buy a solar power for a regular GPS?

Best answer:
Answer by Desert DustI have never heard of a solar powered GPS. I'm not sure that would be the most practical idea. Maybe some type of solar charging system would work for some people.
