This may we have a total solar eclipse taking place at 0 degrees 21. On May 20/21. My natal chart puts my sun at 1 degree 32. in the 3rd house.
My birth data is May 23, 1979........2:17 AM......Southampton, New York. USA.
How will this total solar eclipse effect me?

Some friends and I who live in the Seattle area are heading up to Vancouver, BC in a couple of weeks to try to catch some glimpses of New Moon & Eclipse filming locales, and hopefully, see some of the stars in action! I know they are already in Vancouver rehearsing, and they will begin filming August 17th. I am having a difficult time finding any specific information about locations though. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I understand that at night it's the earth blocking the reflection of the sun on the moon that causes partial moons,but what happens when we see partial moons during the day,seems like we should see a full moon?

Answer by Roman SoldierYou are seeing the day and night side of the moon. The moon only reflects light from the sun, and does not give off it's own light. The dark side is the side facing away from the sun. Next time during the day look up at the moon, and you will notice the side that is lit up is the side facing the sun.

This summer, there will be a solar eclipse in sagittarius (opposite to my sun sign Gemini). In addition, there will be a solar eclipse on Cancer (which is opposite to my ascendant). Does this mean I will be in a relationship, or really close to someone??

Answer by I suck at usernamesYou are likely going to be influenced by the placebo effect now. There is no clear cut answer. Probably or maybe not. Its hard to tell, though astrologically it looks promising.
