What time is the total lunar eclipse in pacific time?


Question by Sakura Koizumi: What time is the total lunar eclipse in pacific time?
I know tonight is a total lunar eclipse but I don't know I can see a total lunar eclipse in Seattle,WA.

Answer by BrantFor Pacific time zone, the earth's umbral shadow will start crossing the lunar surface at 5:43 pm. You will see the dark shadow completely covering the moon around 7:00. Totality will last for about an hour. Note: during totality, the moon should not get completely dark. It should look ruddy.
