Question by Sorcha: Effects of a Solar Eclipse on your Midheaven & Lunar Return
This past solar eclipse on August 2, 2008 occurred at the same degree as my natal chart's Midheaven-- 9 degrees Leo. It also was only a few degrees off of my Lunar return at 2 degrees Leo. The lunar return even happened to be in the same phase as my natal moon--New moon.
What affects do you think this would have on a person's life?

I don't really think it has any effect,but you should ask a professional astrologer.
