Does one second transition from total solar eclipse to partial solar eclipse can make you blind?

Question by rinda: Does one second transition from total solar eclipse to partial solar eclipse can make you blind?
I have searched this topic extensively. Viewing total solar eclipse with naked eye is safe. Viewing partial solar eclipse with naked eye is not safe. When viewing total solar eclipse we don't have warning that shout at us, "Hey, total solar eclipse will be partial solar eclipse in ten seconds." So we don't know when total solar eclipse will be partial solar eclipse. We only know that total solar eclipse will be partial solar eclipse when it is partial solar eclipse which is not safe for the naked eye. So, does one second viewing partial solar eclipse after viewing total solar eclipse can make you blind?

Answer by tick tockWHERE did you read that viewing the total solar eclipse was safe?

cite this now.

the corona of the Sun is several million degrees. The hotter something is the more energetic are the photons coming off it it. Explain to me how the Sun's corona will NOT burn out your eyes.

Don't say things that will tempt kids to do stupid stuff.

"Hey, that fire isn't really hot, let's all walk through it... you first."

wrong.
