Mercury will be in retrograde a little over 19 days this month, and there could be a few days in there where we absolutely curse Mercury. We also have a total lunar eclipse on the first day of Winter, December 21st, which could amplify the holiday festivities. There will be ups and downs this month, and those who get their holiday shopping done early will reap the rewards. We may be feeling excited and energetic as December begins, but that excitement could easily turn into accidents through the new Moon on Sunday, December 5th. Those with dominate Aquarius in their charts should find that their lives start a forward momentum after the 5th.The week of December 6th should start well. Business deals should go smoothly, and many will be ready to make some changes in their lives. But... we've got to use this time well, because Mercury will be at retrograde station on Friday, December 10th. Then over the next 4 days (December 10th through December 14th), Mercury, Mars, and Pluto will move to an exact conjunction. There will be misunderstandings, computer problems, fights, jealousy, and sexual tension in the air. Those with dominate Gemini, Virgo, Aries, Scorpio, and Capricorn could really be dealing with difficulties. If you are thinking of doing last minute holiday shopping, wait until after the Solstice. The week of December 13th as I mentioned above will probably start off bad, and our luck could get worse around midweek, with the Sun arguing with Jupiter. It will not be a good time for investing or gambling. We may also find ourselves dealing with some personal issues.Accidents will be likely from Friday, December 17th, through Monday, December 20th. People could be high strung, and we may find it difficult to stay focused. There could also be some bad news and people really overreacting through the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on Tuesday, December 21st. But, the eclipse will be really beautiful. If you can stay awake Monday night, get out and take a look. It should hit total at 3:17 AM EST early Tuesday morning.Things will calm down as we approach Christmas Eve. People may begin feeling independent, even aggressive, by Christmas night and the first day of Kwanzaa, December 26th. But, ready or not, it will be time for most of us to go back to work on Monday, December 27th.Many of us could feel overworked during the last week of December. Mercury will turn direct on December 30th, and the Moon will enter optimistic Sagittarius for New Year's Eve. It should be a great night for celebrations. We have no planetary aspects on New Year's day, so those who overindulged the night before should find their recovery
