why were the eclipses less in the past ?


Question by Endless Love: why were the eclipses less in the past ?
so now we have like 4 - 6 in one year , and we may have 3 in a month , but why in the past it was too much little

is it showing all the eclipses or few of them ? it was like 1 or 2 yearly ? why ?

Answer by Dudelook more carefully, there are clearly 2-3 per year back then just like now
look at 1909 and 1910
