Question by Brenda: How can I find the nearest solar eclipse in San Jose?
I want to see an eclipse in REAL life. It would be an unforgetable moment for me!

Answer by oklatonolaCheck the NASA eclipse web pages. Next solar eclipse for southwest U.S.A. will be on May 20, 2012, so you have plenty of time to plan being in the path ot totality. I witnessed the annular solar solar eclipse on May 10, 1994 in Oklahohma City. That was way more awesome than going to commencement exercises for a third bachelor's degree.
