The solar eclispe in KC was starting at 7:25pm, when the moon touches the edge of the sun. The first of the video I took at 7pm, only shooting a few minutes of it, just to see what my camera could capture. I took a pair of welders glasses, and rubber banded them tightly, then took and slipped the glasses over my HD mino flip camera. Seemed to work pretty well. Notice at the end it picks up the reflection of the eclipse on the roof of that building. Very strange indeed. I too wore me a pair of welders glasses. I filmed as long as I could and lost sight after approximatly 45 minutes, as it moved over the horizon. The whole video is sped up 4 to 8 times. Make sure to watch in HD, and even better make it full screen. Thanks!
